Our team developed a specialized manufacturing and finishing process to eliminate rubber flashes in the gaskets. The improvement in the manufacturing process enabled us to eliminate secondary operations, resulting in reduced cycle time and cost savings.

Testing and Validation 

TVS Rubber's newly developed HVAC gaskets underwent rigorous testing to meet all required specifications and standards. The successful implementation of this process led to the supply of HVAC gaskets for over a decade, with almost no warranty claims or field returns. The customer's satisfaction with the product's performance and reliability reinforced our commitment to process, quality and precision.
