Job Description / Responsibilities
  • Responsible for sales in respective territory.
  • Should have preferably sold premium brand products.
  • Should have thorough understanding of the entire sales management process·
  • Should have good acumen on consumer finance
  • Should be exceptionally good in relationship management (both In-house and External)
  • Should be able to do consumer profiling and analysis of patterns· Should be able to analyze the market trends
  • Should have exposure to Dealer management· Should have experience in carrying out events based on market requirements
  • Should be able to organize Training of Dealership Personnel
  • Should have exposure to consumer behavior and consumer dynamics (Segmentation, etc.)
  • Identify key problem areas in market and in the dealership and provide solutions
  • Continuous monitoring and update of competition
  • Close interaction with the Finance Fraternity
  • Customer Contact Programmes
  • Corporate Sales
  • Should have excellent communication skills and good personality
Desired Profile of the Candidate
  • B.E., Post Graduate Qualification in Business Administration / Management desirable.
     
  • 8 – 12 years experience in handling Vehicle Sales preferably in the premium car segment / Head - Sales of Dealerships will also be considered.
Compensation Offered 3.5 lakhs to 4.0 lakhs
